I joined a large-scale insurance platform programme at its outset, helping define the product design approach and ways of working for replacing a legacy system used by brokers and advisers.

With no established process or clear integration between design, product and engineering, I worked across client and vendor teams to bring structure, alignment and direction to the programme.
