Global procurement platform

As design lead, I was responsible for UX strategy and direction across a multi-sprint global programme, working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders across multiple regions. I led the design of a scalable global sourcing platform, defining a service architecture that brought structure to fragmented advisory workflows. Through cross-functional discovery and alignment, complex manual processes were translated into clear, repeatable digital interactions, reducing operational effort and supporting over $2bn in contract value within the first month.
